B.E.A.N. by Workshop Bros

Bean by Workshop Bros, located at 410 Collin Street, in Melbourne’s CBD, is a compact, takeaway-focused espresso bar designed in collaboration with branding studio Pop & Pac. The project translates a minimalist aesthetic into a tight urban footprint, where every surface, material, and detail is carefully considered to create a distinct identity. The design employs a restrained palette of timber, metal, and subtle finishes, highlighting texture and craftsmanship within a small, functional space. While circulation is minimal due to its takeaway-only program, the interior’s clarity and precision reflect a thoughtful architectural approach to branding, materials, and spatial composition.
